Privacy Preferences

Manage your cookie, newsletter, and email tracking preferences for OutdoorStats.

Manage how OutdoorStats uses your data. Changes take effect immediately. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.

Analytics Cookies

Disabled

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which content is most useful. When enabled, GA4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that track pages viewed, time on page, device type, and approximate region. No names, emails, or personally identifiable information are collected.

Your browser is sending a Global Privacy Control signal. Analytics cookies are automatically disabled and cannot be turned on while GPC is active. This is required by privacy laws in California, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states.
Allow analytics cookies

This is the same choice as the cookie banner. Toggling this off is equivalent to clicking “Decline.”

Newsletter

If you’re subscribed to OutdoorStats updates, you can manage your subscription or unsubscribe at any time. Clicking below opens your account portal where you can update your email preferences or cancel your subscription entirely.

You can also unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

Manage Subscription

Not a subscriber? No action needed — we only email people who sign up.

Email Tracking

Our newsletters may include a small tracking pixel and click-tracking links (provided by Mailgun) so we can see which articles resonate with readers. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.

To opt out of email tracking: disable image loading in your email client. This prevents the tracking pixel from firing. Click tracking can be avoided by copying link URLs instead of clicking them directly.

Ghost does not currently support per-subscriber tracking preferences. If this changes, we will add a toggle here.

Essential Cookies

Always On

These cookies are required for the site to function. They handle member login sessions (ghost-members-ssr) and your cookie consent preference (stored in your browser’s localStorage). They do not track you across sites and cannot be disabled.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. See our Privacy Policy for jurisdiction-specific details covering the EU/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), New York, and 15+ other US states.

For any privacy request, email hello@outdoorstats.com. We respond within 30 days.
